Master Gardener of the Year
History
Each fall, the Snohomish County Master Gardeners honor one of their members for demonstrated commitment to the program throughout the year. This commitment can take the form of project and/or program leadership, number of volunteer hours, and participation in a variety of activities. Among the activities considered are demonstration gardens, office and community clinics, fund raisers, the Foundation and/or involvement in outreach initiatives such as Grow Your Own Groceries and the Rain Garden programs..
